Confirmation & Cancelation Policy
- Non-refundable 20% deposit required to confirm the booking
- 100 % Payment of the total Invoice is required 60 days to the date of
arrival - Any cancellation 60 days to your date of arrival leads to 50% refund of
the total invoice. - Any cancellation 45 Days to your date of arrival leads to 45 % refund of
the total invoice. - Any cancellation 30 days to your date of arrival leads to 25% refund of
the total invoice. - No refund for any cancellation for no show or below 30 days (Consult the
camp for credit on no refund bookings)
Contract Terms And Conditions
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and the rooms are subject to availability.
- Bush/outdoor activities such as bush dinner, bush breakfast, sundowner and walking safari are weather permitting.
